Exchange with the Latin-American Institue (LAI) at the FU Berlin with PONS

With the PONS program for humanities and cultural studies scholars, MA students from the Department of Anthropology of the Americas can study for one to two semesters at the Latin American Institute (LAI) at Freie Universität Berlin. A PONS exchange opens up new perspectives and enables cross-university specialization. Various modules amounting to a maximum of 30 ECTS can be recognized in Bonn by arrangement. You can choose modules from the four profile areas at the LAI:

• Representation and Interdependence
• Transformation and development
• Brazil in a global context: literature, culture and society
• Gender relations, ways of life, transformation

Students can also apply for scholarships awarded by PONS in cooperation with the Volkswagen Foundation. Further information can be found on the website
