In mid-June 2022 a kick-off meeting was held in Rurrenabaque to conduct the planning and management of the project. The objectives included reviewing crosscutting collaborative methodologies, developing work schedules, organizing work teams, establishing lines of communication, and addressing administrative issues.
The meeting was successful since it also succeeded in organizing and constructing the project objectives in relation to the expectations of the participants. It was agreed that local researchers and community members would receive training in archaeology, anthropology and ecology to promote cross-cultural dialogue, which led to the development of a training program in the following months.
